HOW WE ROCK & ROLL

First Phase

PLAYING

Participants will be invited to play a game with a specific theme. Which has been curated and adjusted to the characteristics of the participants

Second Phase

LEARNING

While playing, participants will learn certain skills and knowledge that are presented in the form of challenges in the game being played. Participants can learn about negotiation, investment, innovation and collaboration.

EXPLORE MEANING

After the Play and Learn session the participants will be invited to explore the meaning of what has been done during the play session. Participants will be invited to discuss with each other what lessons have been gained from decisions that have been made or learn from playmates

Exciting, Very Interesting, a lot of learning gained. In the game that is played can learn to observe the market, customers, competitors and take appropriate actions
